Honoring President Nayib Bukele

We are proud to recognize President Nayib Bukele, the President of El Salvador, for his remarkable social security initiatives and his commitment to fostering connections with the Salvadoran diaspora worldwide.

His visionary leadership has not only improved the lives of Salvadorans in their homeland but has also strengthened the bond between Salvadorans living abroad and their roots.

Vicepresident Félix Ulloa

Félix Augusto Antonio Ulloa Garay, born April 6, 1951, in Chinameca, El Salvador, is a renowned politician and lawyer.

Since June 1, 2019, he has served as the Vice President of El Salvador under Nayib Bukele’s administration.

Ulloa obtained his law degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and his Ph.D. with honors.

He’s an advocate for human rights and democracy, with a history of involvement in student movements and unions.
